How do I return an article ordered on the site?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return an item.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive the return instructions by email. Items must be returned in their original packaging, together with the invoice and return form.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Which articles can be returned?
All items may be returned unless otherwise stated.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that are damaged, incomplete, soiled, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted for refund or exchange.
What is the return deadline?

What happens one my return is received?
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
